Tent Sites
Our tent sites have electricity, picnic tables, bathroom and shower amenities as well as fire pits. Many close by the river!
Reservation Information:
- Full payment due at time of booking for all reservations, cabin, tent & RV site rentals.
- All reservations have a $50.00 fee to cancel prior to 14 days of stay.
- No refunds, reschedules, credits or changes for a reservation if canceled 14 days, or less, prior to arrival date.
- Credit cards and cash accepted. 4% credit card transaction fee assessed.
- Reservations are not contingent upon the availability or conditions of the water recreation activities.
Cabin Rental Information
- Guests must provide their own sheets and towels.
- Both can be provided upon request for an additional $75-$150 cleaning fee.
- Add a 6% hotel tax and 3% word tax to all cabin stays.
- Fees subject to change on holiday weekends.
- Pets, including emotional support animals are NOT allowed for cabin rentals.
- A 4% credit card transaction fee assessed
- Day guests are allowed (10AM-7PM), but must register at the front office upon arrival. There is a $25 parking fee per car and a $5 visitor fee per person.
Service Dogs registered with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are welcome.
Emotional support animals (ESA) are NOT allowed with or without paperwork. We apologize for any inconvenience,however due to people forging documentation to bring their pets camping we must implement this rule. ESA’s are protected by the Fair Housing Act (FHA) and Air Carrier Access Act, and these do not apply to CaP’s Crossing.
Hotels and Motels are not considered dwellings under the FHA but are considered places of public accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Tubing Information:
- CASH ONLY!!! There is an ATM on site for your convenience.
- $25 per person, your tube or ours, with or without bottoms
- $25 per cooler tube
- Cost includes all taxes and shuttle
- 2-6 hours river trips available
- All guests must sign the tubing agreement
- All equipment is due back by 6:30PM
