Cabin Rental Information

• Guests must provide their own sheets and towels.
• Add a 6% hotel tax and 3% word tax to all cabin stays.

• Fees subject to change on holiday weekends.
• Pets, including emotional support animals are NOT allowed for cabin rentals.
• 4% credit card fee assessed on all transactions

• Day guests are allowed (10AM-7PM), but must register at the front office upon arrival. There is a $25 parking fee and $5 per person.

• RESERVATION INFORMATION:
• Full payment due at time of booking for all reservations, cabin, tent & RV site rentals.
• All reservations have a $50.00 fee to cancel prior to 14 days of stay.
• No refunds given if a reservation is changed/canceled 14 days, or less, prior to arrival date.
• Credit cards and cash accepted.
• Reservations are not contingent upon the availability or conditions of the water recreation activities.
• Sheriff’s Officer On Duty Weekends & Holidays for Added Security.

Tubing Information:

• CASH ONLY!!! ATM available onsite for your convenience
• $25 per person, your tube or ours, with or without bottoms
• $25 per cooler tube
• Tubing Rental Agreement for your review
• Cost includes all taxes and shuttle
• 2-6 hours river trips available
• All guests must sign the tubing agreement
• All equipment is due back by 6:30PM
